Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RebiContent platform ("Service") operated by MB Rebi, company code 307574545 ("we", "us", or "the Company"). The Service is available at content.rebi.lt.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RebiContent is an AI-powered content creation and publishing platform. The Service enables users to:

  • Generate articles, social media posts, and visual creatives using artificial intelligence
  • Manage multiple brands with individual settings
  • Publish content to WordPress websites and Facebook pages
  • Schedule content publication and track analytics
  • Research keywords and organize topic clusters
  • Create image and video creatives from templates

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at renatas@rebi.lt if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including generated articles, social posts, and creatives. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI through the Service is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and legality of all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, plagiarism, or factual inaccuracies.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, templates, and documentation, is the intellectual property of MB Rebi and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WordPress, Facebook, Google, and OpenAI. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

7. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
  • We are not liable for content published to third-party platforms through the Service or for any consequences of such publication
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MB Rebi, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at renatas@rebi.lt. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
